Meeting customers' expectations with a dual quality assurance system

Each application places different quality demands on PCBs. Automotive electronics, for example, require boards that are durable and able to handle high voltages. We meet these demands by combining ultra-fine patterns with high densities and thin profiles. All products must comply with the "Meiko Standards;' a set of stringent quality parameters*. "Application-Specific Quality Designs" are also used to meet the requirements of specific types of PCBs. The result is a unique dual quality assurance system that comes standard with every Meiko product.
In addition, we apply our 30 years of experience in PCBs to creating quality designs that match each application. Production, inspection and overall management are optimized for each application. This includes the certification of materials, line/space, physical management and other items involving production processes in which the customer has put its trust in us.
