Adding layers while making PCBs smaller and more intricate requires considerable expertise. One requirement is fabrication of wiring and holes with micron-level precision. Another is the testing technology that must be capable of verifying positional and dimensional accuracy. Today's electronic devices demand PCBs with tens of thousands of circuitry holes that are only a few microns in diameter.
Meiko develops and fabricates high-precision, high-speed testing equipment. Using our own equipment allows us to enhance PCB quality and reliability. Hole diameter, number, positioning and other testing machines are installed at every Meiko plant. By utilizing nanotechnology and advanced optics, our machines need only a few seconds to test approximately 100,000 through-holes for the correct diameter, number and positions, as well as check for deformation and plugging. As a result, customers can rely on us for PCBs with consistently high quality and reliability.
