Our PCB lineup includes any-layer, CFB (B2it and flex-rigid), package module and other products that use laser processing and B2it technology.

Research covers new materials, technologies and board structures as well as embedded PCBs and other innovative techniques. Our R&D team has an average age of only 33. These individuals have a strong desire to contribute to excellence in production techniques.
