Providing expertise in pattern design at the micron level

Skill in pattern designs for PCBs is vital to meeting the demand for greater precision, density, quality and reliability, at even shorter delivery times. Overall, the quality of designs have a significant bearing on the performance of PCBs and finished products. Our pattern design department has been using CAD technology for many years to create circuit patterns that fully utilize even microscopic spaces. We currently have 66 CAD systems and a team of 80 engineers, backed up by an enormous volume of design data and experience accumulated over the last 20 years. In Japan, Meiko has design centers in Atsugi, Kakegawa, Osaka and Koriyama. In other parts of the world, a design center in Manila, the Philippines. Design operations also include three CAD simulation systems. Combining these systems with our experience allows us to cut the cost of designs and evaluations for our customers. By using our cohesive design and manufacturing network, we can quickly respond to customers' requirements at every stage, from design through production.
